+Monks get the very useful Meditation ability which allows for fairly fast regeneration of Mana and Health, similar to how the Praying skill is used to recover Grace. In exchange, you never get to use weapons, which is a tremendous downside for most races. However, for Dragons and Fireborn cannot use weapons, and neither can followers of Gaea so it's not unusual to see these used in some combination such as a Dragon Monk of Gaea.
 +
+Most races who play Monks get to run around dressed in a brown cassock and a headband, so if that's you're thing and you don't want to use weapons anyways, give Monk a try.
