Fendrakis, which call themselves Fenxes, are a race of fox-like humanoids, a little smaller than humans.

Fenxes were once hunted by humans and now hide deep in what they call “The Great Forest”. They give great importance to The Gest of Fenx, a half-mythological, half-historical text that tells the story of the defeat of their race against the humans and their exile in the forest.

Fenxes are physically a little weaker than humans on average. They also do not seem to have a strong affinity with magic; some postulated that it was more because they didn't care about it than because of a natural disadvantage. On the other hand, they are pretty fast and agile (“One can only see the Fenx's Tail”, says the old Khelentari proverb), and often outsmart their opponents by using non-conventional tactics.

The Fenx is selectable by players as their race. It has the following modifications:

Fenxes have no special resistances.

Fenxes have no special limitations.

Fenxes have no special traits.

The stat maximums are very similar to elves, but without dark vision and lower Pow. The lack of any innate abilities basically means they're like humans with a strong Dex focus.
