| | If you're thinking of playing a troll, note that northmen get cold resistance without needing to take a fire weakness to get it. A troll's fire weakness is manageable though, and you may enjoy the massive boost to your HP regeneration. The reduced mana regeneration isn't a big issue, especially once you get a Magic Crystal to use with spells. Trolls also have massive Str and Con, allowing them to carry equipment and take hits exceptionally well. The low Int makes learning new skills and spells a challenge though, so carry Int rings to wear before reading skill scrolls and spellbooks. |
