This skill is currently only available to Wraith characters and steals life from a victim and provides it to the attacker (similar to that provided by devourers). This is critical as wraiths do not naturally regenerate hp innately. Wraith feed:

• Returns 50% of damage delivered as life however the wraith must not have a weapon equipped (compared to 3% for life stealing which does).
• Will not work against something undead or not alive (e.g. golems).
• Is protected from by either resistance to Drain or Life_stealing, which ever is higher.
• Will restore food too which is important as wraith's cannot eat but will very slowly use up food.
• Progressively slows down the victim however the victim will gradually speed up again once not being fed upon.
