Wizards

You’re the generalist of the spellcasters. You’ve emphasized the use of magic and studied all its areas equally. You’ve learned something about the gods and religious devotion as well. To a much lesser extent, you’ve studied weaponry, but you’ve not had much physical training: you’re mostly sedentary, and so you’re not nearly so strong and healthy as you could be.

The wizard is selectable by players as their class. It has the following modifications to stat distribution:

Class Notes

Wizards start with both Sorcery and Praying to kill things. Sorcery is quite useful early on for utility, especially the Paralyze spell, but isn't as good at killing groups as Evocation, Pyromancy, or Praying tend to be. Wizards can't use a bow and arrows or two-handed weapons to start, but they can use one-handed weapons which gives you some helpful options. Consider a super low weight weapon that won't impact your spellcasting success rates (which is based on the total weight of the equipped weapons and armour you're using). A Taifu or a Sai are helpful due to lowering your AC while having fairly rapid, albeit weak attacks.

The red robes and glowy blue eyes are a neat look, and Wizard is a pretty popular class as a result.
