this plugin was removed and replaced by the quest/dialog mechanism

This plugin handles various things in Darcap.

It can be considered beta quality - it works, but needs testing to ensure no crash or bad things happen ;)

What it currently handles:

• Cameron's tavern
• Spike's back aches potion (quest)

Hopefully it will expand to include more things.
